BESTie’s Dahye’s YouTube Channel
Following the steps of Hyeyeon who made a YouTube channel, Dahye also started her own channel in 2017! She started her channel by uploading a cover of M.C THE MAX (엠씨더맥스)’s song “No matter where (어디에도).” Her video has been watched more than 45K times. The fans also support her channel by showing praise on her video.
Since then, she has uploaded a total of 12 videos, most of them featuring her songs and dance covers of other artists, as well as her own group.

Solo Debut
On March 31st, 2020, Dahye uploaded a video on Instagram that reveals she has been working on her solo album with Worldstar Entertainment. She wrote in the caption, “Hello everyone💕 Are you all enduring the corona well with masks? I’ll be working with Worldstar Entertainment from now on 👏 I’m working hard to prepare the album, so I hope we can see you again soon! 🥰 Let’s be more careful and defeat Corona! 👊 Meet with a healthy look.” Later, on August 31st, 2020, it was announced by Dahye’s agency Worldstar Entertainment that she would be releasing a solo album in September. This album would mark Dahye’s debut as a solo artist, as well as her first return in more than five years after BESTie’s 2015 mini-album, Love Emotion, and after she left the group in 2017. Dahye’s debut track “Poison” was a remake of Uhm Jung-hwa’s hit song from 1998 with the same title. This song really suits Dahye’s long-established sexy image with red as the main color of the album.
